large and modern room, large Samsung TV, convenient cot service for toddlers
A coffee maker in the room would be beneficial!!! Wall-mounted toiletries in the bathroom aren't the best option!!! The corridors and stairway could use a facelift for a more inviting atmosphere!!!

Stachus has a great location, so close to the train station and the christmas markets. The staff were super friendly. We loved that there were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

What an absolute disappointment. The heating was inadequate, not cozy at all. I mean, who wants to freeze? And don't even get me started on the noise! I reminded me of i was included in everyone else's conversations. I almost gave a good review, but the absence of a welcome gift was just inexcusable!

Location is excellent
Very small twin room and bathroom; very noisy street. While once we had a very good triple room in this hotel - very big and comfortable with big bathroom and quiet.

I stayed here during the christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was pleasant, with marvellous location very close to the SBahn, all the Christmas Markets, beautiful buildings, shops and many many restaurants and cafes and train station and Karlsplatz.

Location was good. Staff was friendly.
The room in the picture was a modern room but I was given an old room, totally different from the picture. When I raised my concern with the staff at the reception, I was told that we have renovated 80% of our hotel and the given room is in the remaining 20%. I told them that on the booking page the picture is of a modern room and based on that I had selected the hotel to which I was told that they cannot upload all the pics on the booking page. However all the pics of the old and new rooms are on the picture gallery of the hotel. I think this is unfair as on the booking selection page, if I am selecting a room based on a particular picture, I should get the same as I am paying for it.
